Procedure:
Students write their own poetry with a focus on imagery. Then have students practice reading aloud their poems for timing. With Spheros, students will choreograph a routine based on the imagery and cadence of their poem. Students will code Sphero to move and change colors based on the imagery in their poems along with the timing and cadence of their poems. The student can then film the Sphero moving while narrating the poem into the microphone of the iPad.
